Randy did a wonderful job on my dryer vent. Before he came out, my clothes were taking 2.5-3 hours to dry!
Now it is done in 60-80 minutes (depends on load). He was very professional, friendly, and gave my very useful information.
He offered to come the same day I called, but I was not home, so he came early the next day for me. I would definitely use his services again.

It’s been a long time since Randy serviced our airducts. I have a peace of mind now that our air duct system is clean. He is the owner of the business and he personally does the job.
He brings all of his equipment and he will teach you how to make your home more safe and how you can save more money. Cleaning for airducts is surely expensive but it is worth it if Randy is the one who is going to do it.
Professionally done and not a rush job. He spent about 4 hours in our house working on all the vents. I called other companies and asked them how they will clean the system, I was not satisfied with their answers.
They said if I was not satisfied with the job then they will send their supervisor to inspect the job and then re-do it again. That alone raised the flag which means they are not doing good job.
With Randy he spend time well and not rushing with the job. He was the best. Thank you Randy. Sorry for my late testimonial.

There’s no way in the world you’re going to get a good job for $88, or $69, or whatever bargain of the week they’re trying to con you into trying.
Furthermore, at those prices, they’re not going to make any money either, so their whole reason for getting you to try their service for that cheap, is to “find more things wrong” so they can upsell you.

My husband and I just wanted to post a quick note of thanks for the service you provided. We had a leak in our first floor ceiling that was a horrendous ordeal that lasted a month and a half.
We had a plumber/leak detector as well as a roofer both come out to the house twice, and the water was seen coming from the dryer vent in the roof.
It ended up that our dryer vent/ duct hadn’t been cleaned in years apparently (we just bought the house) and the lint that built up was absorbing the water which somehow made it’s way down from the attic area into our first floor ceiling.
Mr Kienast came out and in a matter of a couple hours had completely clean every inch of our dryer venting system- wet lint and all.
We haven’t had a problem since, we’re finally getting our ceiling repaired, and we’ll definately be having the vent cleaned annually from now on!
